After a long day of sightseeing in Manhattan, we were famished. We found this on Trip Advisor and knew we had to visit. Shortly after being seated, Joe came to our table and introduced himself. He asked if we had any questions about the menu,...More

We're a family of seven aged between 11 and 70, visiting from the UK and wanted an Italian restaurant for the final night of our trip to NYC. We wanted something with a varied menu that would suit all tastes and nowhere too trendy (or...More

Ate here with my husband while on a short break in NYC recently. Having travelled extensively in Italy, there is nothing authentic about the food here. It tasted preprepared and stodgy. We had a selection of hot antipasti appetisers and stuffed artichoke, both tasted strongly...More

In NYC you have the opportunity to go to hundreds of great restaurants. At Forlini’s you get the chance to not only have a great home cooked Italian meal but experience real Italian charm. It’s like being in the home of the owner not his...More

We didn’t eat at the restaurant but went into the pub. GREAT atmosphere. The bartender Walter introduces himself so you feel right at home. Many locals came in and he knew their name and their order.

Wanted authentic Italian food whilst visiting New York and was directed to this small “hole in the wall” restaurant that was absolutely superb. Menu was so diverse with large variety of dishes. Portions are well proportioned, house salad was way above average with ample fresh...More

To our seniors from HCS This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant. I usually stop at this restaurant each time I am in Manhattan. This particular trip we have come here two times. It is excellent and it is authentic.

Came across this by complete accident and a fantastic find. Superb ‘proper’ Italian food. Great friendly service and some of the best food we’ve come across. Calamari was to die for!

We so enjoyed our meal here. This is authentic , non pretentious delicious NY Italian food. It’s the real deal, the sort of food I want to eat when I’m away from home and can’t cook for myself. The outside is ordinary, the inside is...More

Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and
smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like
entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle
that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families
stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up
at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from
the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many
bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where
