I was recommended by a friend that next time I go to New York I need to try this restaurant and I would totally recommend it to anyone after having it. Food was delicious and way more than we could handle. The Mac and cheese...More

Went with son and daughter in law for dinner. Didn’t have reservations, so waited outside for over 30 min, but it was definitely worth it. Southern food in NY!! And it’s really delicious! We were SO full. And happy with all of our choices. The...More

Being from the south I can be particular about food/restaurants claiming to offer southern food. Well, they exceeded my expectations and I am a fan!

We had the following and loved each.... mac'n'cheese, sausage gravy smothered fried chicken, and mushroom gravy smothered fried chicken. The mac'n'cheese may be the best we've ever had. And that includes The Smith's. The fried chicken held its own, but the gravies were the perfect...More

I live in the area and I've eaten here often. Food is consistently good but a bit pricey. Fried Chicken and bloody mary's are my favs! Great for brunch always crowded.

Visited here in March through a recommendation and the food was brilliant. The buffalo mac and cheese is out of this world! - Huge portions though so make sure to share!

Went there as it was close to American Natural history museum. Nothing but exceptional service and food. Bar staff made great cocktails and took the time to talk to us on a busy Saturday night. Hostess lost our number and when asked, seated us right...More

Honestly, my partner lives in NY and I come to visit from the UK quite frequently. We’ve eaten at a lot of places over the past years but Jacobs Pickles honestly topped it for me. It is really worth the hype. First of all the...More

Will definitely go back especially when in the mood for southern food or good ol’ UWS food- it’s fun, really tasty food and not your daily lunch or brunch experience—-definitely worth the trip —just be patient if a wait.

I recently had a meal at Jacobs pickles. It was over the Xmas holiday. We got lucky because there was no wait and this was the weekend before Xmas. It's a cute little place. The menu doesn't offer a lot so I settled for the...More

Hello Elie, we've arrived at around 17:00 and we've found a table for two quite fast although it seemed packed. I'm guessing that a table for 2 can quickly transform into a table for 3 :) so I wouldn't worry about it.
