Following our walk from the Port Authority Terminal we were famished and were looking for a particular Italian place on Canal Street that was closed. So we scratched that plan and through sheer luck, found Pho Pasteur and were glad to have done so. Once...More

Stumbled upon this place on a visit to China Town. Many places had the same "American" style Chinese I can get home. We wanted something authentic, which this was. The owners were very courteous, the portions huge, and I found the place very clean. We...More

I've been going to Pho pasteur for about 32 years. They have gret food. The PHO is # 1 of course, with Spring Rolls and Summer Rolls as well, all Good. This was the FIRST VIETNAMESE on the block, several years before Nha Trang. They're...More

The food was very good, clean place and friendly staff. The chilli souce for the pho soup was very good, think its self made. We ordered a dish where you wrap rolled thin beef stakes into rice paper with some toppings.... absolute favorite!

We ate lunch, ordering Pho. Portions are huge, but the broth takes like wAter. No seasoning and flavorless. Not the worst place, but given how many Pho restaurants are around, I would try elsewhere

In China Town, this restaurant is a step up from many as regards decor and tables, albeit, a bit crowded. Sunday brunch time was busy so service was a bit slow. But food was worth the wait. I had a pork chop dish that was...More

We joined friends here for dinner in Chinatown last night after they recommended it to us. They have dined here many times previously and have always enjoyed the food. I wish we had suggested going elsewhere b/c this was perhaps one of the worst meals...More

A small unassuming restaurant with food that packs a punch. I have tried every Vietnamese restaurant in NYC's Chinatown (Nha Trang One, Nha Trang Center, Bang, Bo Ky, etc.), and Pho Pasteur remains the best, IMHO. I have never had a bad or even mediocre...More

Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and
smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like
entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle
that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families
stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up
at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from
the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many
bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where
