Nice selection of fresh pizza and the slices were large (at least by Australian standards). The cakes were divine. We had lunch here and then went back here for afternoon tea the next day. Is a convenient eating stop after the 9/11 memorial and museum.

Of course it's a deli,... the food is great and reasonably priced.. friendly management. They have a great breakfast if anyone is staying in the area and isn't into room service

We stopped at the Stage Door Deli after visiting the 9/11 Memorial. It is right there! My husband and I shared a pastrami sandwich which was excellent as were the fries. The coleslaw was standard fare. I was disappointed that there were no 'Danish'-type pastries available or black and white cookies. In times where Delis are disappearing so quickly, this... More

We stopped for a late dinner after visiting the 9/11 memorial. And boy did it cheer us up. Amazing smoked meat sandwich (honestly better than other stores renowned for it) and other deli goodies. Your meal comes with a pack of crisps which is sweet. The staff were so attentive and chatty. Reasonable prices. Would recommend to all.

We stopped in for a late lunch-bite - had a superb salt beef/cream cheese bagel. The menu choice is bewildering so don't be afraid to ask for one to be made up with your choice of fillings. Full of character.

My grandparents were Jewish. One of the things I loved when I visited them in the Milwaukee, WI area was the Jewish deli we got our lunches from. So, while in NYC visiting Ground Zero and the nearby church we were pleased to discover this deli. Being lunchtime it was crowded & seating was limited; but we managed to snag... More

My mom and I ate here after visiting the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. The service was great and our Reuben sandwiches were beyond delicious! My family and I don't make it to NYC very often but when we do we'll make it a point to eat here again.

Neighbourhood Profile
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighbourhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighbourhood home.
