We first learned about Don Antonio watching Diners, Drive ins and Dives so decided to try during trip to the city. Very easy to find, small and quaint. We dined on a Friday afternoon around 2 so wasn't crowed eat all. I had read other reviews about noise level which am certain would be loud when busy. We were immediately... More

On our walk there, we discovered that many of the pizza places were empty. We discovered it was because all the people were standing in line to get into this place. We grabbed a seat at the bar and decided to eat there, rather than wait. It was the BEST pizza I've had in a very long time. Good service... More

My family and I stopped in for a quick lunch while we were out and about in NYC. Despite the photo of a pizza on the sign this was surprisingly good pizza. The menu was very traditional and the pizza was neapolitan style. We had apps, cocktails and a couple of pizzas. Everyone enjoyed the food. The server was extremely... More

Arrived about 1830 - was a medium sized queue, but we were seated at the bar within 5 mins. Burrata to die for. 1 pizza plenty for 2 people. Good selection of wine by the glass, carafe and bottle.

A welcome introduction to American-Italian cuisine in New York. The Pizza's are really great quality here. You can taste the difference from this place against a $1 slice (which is easily accesible in NYC) for certain

Just off 8th avenue and 5 mins from Times Square but away from the crowds. Just does pizza. Very noisy , not helped by the fact that New Yorkers seem to talk very loudly! Pizza was very good , lots of choice but really inflexible when asked if we could have black olives on one of them! Didn't book and... More

I saw this restaurant on an episode of some cooking show on TV (I think one of the Guy Fieri shows). I went for lunch and it is amazing! Excellent pizza, some of the best I've ever had. We also had potato croquet a as an appetizer. We had the margarita pizza. Highly recommended!

The five of us visited Don Antonio while staying in Times Square for an extended weekend. The Neapolitan pizza was absolutely fabulous. Will definitely visit again.

The main thing when you visit any restaurant is the quality of the food, and I can't deny that the food was of great quality. However, $100 for three pizzas and three drinks where three people are sat on a table meant for just two, and the next table needs to be moved to allow you to get seated, isn't... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
