Restaurant is beautiful, quaint and warm. The pizza was delicious, I shared the Margherita with prosciutto and mushrooms with my friend. The menu is so large that we had a hard time deciding which to choose. The food on every table around us looked amazing too! Would love to come back and try more!

We had long hunted for a really good pizza resource in the Times Square theater district and finally found it at Don Antonio. Featuring a wide variety of pizza on perfectly baked thin crust dough, we knew immediately we'd be back for more. The service was friendly and attentive despite the crowded hour. Our biggest surprise? Our pizzas arrived barely... More

Our favourite pizza place in new york. Real italians behind the bar and serving and really good pizza. Cocktails and wine also good.

I was watching Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives just 3 days before I was due to go to NYC. We had tried several pizza places before, but had been disappointed every time. And, NYC is known for its great pizza. Well, I finally found it! DDD pointed us in the direction of pizza cooked in a special pizza oven that turns... More

House Special- deep fried pizza. Much like Navajo fry-bread. Delicious! Salad was just so-so. Needed more balsamic vinegar dressing.

Finally! A restaurant with gluten-free pizza that isn't on a pre-fabricated frozen wafer of a crust. It's puffy, chewy, slightly charred in the oven and delicious! It's the ONLY truly good gluten-free pizza I've found anywhere so far, and I go back when I'm in the neighborhood. It's gotten to be such a favorite that if I'm going to a... More

We ate a lot of pizza on this trip, all of it good, most of it excellent - and heard so many good things about Don Antonio (great things! amazing things!) Sadly it wasn't to be and Don Antonio really messed with our average. The signature montanara with a pre-fried base, that seemingly the whole world is in rapture about,... More

Been meaning to try this place for a while. Finally did and was truly disappointed. For a high end, supposedly "gourmet" pizza place, I expected a much nicer ambiance. This was like, well, a pizza place. The wine was absurdly over priced (even for NYC). First of all, most choices are in half-liter carafes poured from who-knows-what jug, and they... More

Busy but a bit noisy place with very tasty pizza and super nice and efficient personnel. The restaurant was packed and still we got a table with a quite short wait. We had a drink at the bar.

These are the large personal sized pizzas of today. Big enough to feed 2 on weight watchers; 2 pies will will easily feed 3 people; especially if you want to enjoy dessert. The flavors are very good, and ingredients a step above fast NYC pizzas. Still a little pricey at $20 plus dollars a pie. Worth it if want to... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
