One of the girls who was the cashier was condescending. She shouted to a small tourist group on how to order and turned towards her colleagues who were the gelati servers and rubbed her middle finger on her forehead. And they laughed. What a disgusting display of staff behaviour. You can tell if it's a good gelateria by their pistacchio... More

We stopped in with 7 people and ordered 7 Classic cones. We were in and out in no time and there were people in line ahead of us. There were 3 people helping us, Cone 1, Cone 2, etc. I had pistachio, dulce de leche, chocolate chip and salted caramel. They were all so good and beautifully presented. No two... More

Terribly disorganized and slow. 30min in line to have an ice cream (10 people in line) is unacceptable for any business.

The shop is little but wonderful. The ice cream was really delicious and we had a great family time there. The staff was really nice and gave our two-year old twins balloons so they could play while enjoying their ice cream. Maybe it is a little bit pricey but totally worth it. We loved it and we'll surely come back... More

Wandering Greenwich Village, we had a yen for gelato, and googled our way to Amorino. Elegant little shop with a fire place, where we waited in line for exquisite gelato - as good as any we had in Italy, and almost as good as our favorite spot in Philly (sorry New York). We were dying to try the hot chocolate... More

Took my son for ice cream after a day at the museum. We loved it. Many flavors to choose from and can mix them on your cone or cup. Will make this a mother son tradition.

I had Amorino for the first time in Boston, so when I was in NYC, I had to try this location to see if it was as impressive. I was so excited to bring someone who loved gelato and had never tried Amorino; it did not disappoint! The cones are beautiful and you're allowed to include as many flavors as... More

This is an ice cream parlor. You get in line, pay and receive the flavor you want in a cone or cup. Coffee available. The prices are high. You are hassled for tips twice. When you pay by credit card, the cashier turns around a screen, that in a large font suggests a tip. To not tip you have to... More

Stopped in for a small treat on the warm first day of fall and I am glad I did. The gelato was absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful by friendly fun loving employess. They had about 30 flavors of gelato and sorbet available along with macaroons and a full service espresso cart So in and enjoy. Prefect anyday but especially... More
