Trust me, there are much better options in the Village than this place. There’s no where to sit or stand, and it takes forever to get a drink. Also, I noticed a much older crowd and a lot of dudes in here so take that...More

Wandering around looking for a place to have lunch during a recent visit to NYC with friends, we decided to go into Slane, knowing nothing about it. What a great find! It was cool and quiet inside. The server couldn't have been more friendly and...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.
