This cheese shop in the East village area is a great place to buy cheese and watch it being made. You can also eat there. Friendly staff and cheese samples to eat. Good cheese!

Absolutely best Mac and cheese.all cheeses were very god and tasty. Somewhat expensive but worth it. They made some sandwiches that looked fantastic. Absolutely worth stopping in if in the area.
