Missed this place so much! Lobsters are huge and reasonably priced. Though it was quite packed and you have to serve yourself, it was fun and oh so delicious! Can't miss this place when in NYC!

Like lobster or other seafood? Just about anything that swims or linger on the bottom of the ocean.... There's also a lot to see and buy at Chelsea Market.
A friend advised us to try a lobster roll at Chelsea market. Excellent advice, were there on a Saturday so very busy, but process was quick. Not cheap but you are eating lobster. Fun to browse the many different types of seafood for sale. A must to in the Chelsea market. Beats the lines for the taco place!
Fantastic place and very unusual, best description would be a selection of food bars in a fish market. We had a sushi and sashimi selection and I have to say it the best I've ever had. Would visit as many times as I could to try the massive choice of fishy dishes.
May be are not from there, may be is not the right place to eat them but they were so tasty and spicy that I was addicted to them.
Having never been to Chelsea Market I didn't know what I was getting into. It's very busy, but I was going especially for Lobster Place. It was crazy busy but a huge selection of seafood! My mom & I split the lobster roll, lobster bisque & lobster mac & cheese. All great, check this place out!
Great place, lots of seafood choice. The only problem you have to stand to eat the oysters. Lots and lots of different oysters which can be served with wine.
After recently visiting Maine, it's hard to compete with their lobster rolls. But, I decided to try one and it was actually good, The staff was friendly. Overall, a great experience.
A must visit for food lovers. You will not be able to get enough lobster, crabs legs, oysters and anything seafood. The different areas inside this unassuming market place provide some of the freshest seafood that you can get anywhere. Even better sahsimi/sushi than Tokyo or Kyoto. Quite stunningly fresh sea urchin and toro. Just save space for the king... More
