Dinner at Jean George’s proved to be a wonderful surprise dinner. I rarely order from a prix fix menu, however this was the only option and I’m so glad it was! Even though it was prix fix, there were several choices in each course. There...More

This is a restaurant with 3 Michelin stars in the past. They recently lost the 3rd star and it doesn’t take long to find out why. The location is great and despite the crowded space, the ambiance is pleasant. The service is adequate for a...More

I went to Jean Georges with my dad and it was spectacular. Every single part of the experience was out of this world. The dining room is smaller yet spacious so you feel like you’re having your own experience, not sharing with the table next...More

What a spectacular restaurant! Great service. Wonderful sommelier. Get the squash potstickers. Really. Don’t pass go. Don’t collect $200. Get the potstickers. They are amazing. Nothing you’ll ever make at home. Nothing you’ll ever get anywhere else. Truly incredible. The rest is awesome too!!! But...More

In a weekend of amazing meals, this held its own place. There was a brulee foie gras that leaves me salivating for the next experience. Worth it.

I have been multiple times for special occasions and have never left disappointed! I can't believe they lost a Michelin Star as they have not lost a step in anything that they do. A truly magnificent place to eat. Food is outstanding with impeccable service...More

Jean-Georges opened in 1997 to critical acclaim. The jewel of Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s empire, the restaurant offers the very best in fine dining. Consistently awarded four stars by the New York Times and three Michelin stars, Jean-Georges presents exquisitely crafted dishes blending French, American, and Asian influences. The local farmer’s market is the driving force behind the seasonal, ever-changing menu. Chef Jean-Georges is a master at maintaining the essence of ingredients while using them inventively to produce the best flavor. Jean-Georges’ chic and intimate dining room was redesigned by Thomas Juul-Hansen, with striking lighting by L’Observatoire. Impeccable service, tableside preparations, and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Central Park and Columbus Circle all contribute to an unforgettable dining experience. Jean-Georges offers a three-course prix-fixe menu and two six-course tasting menus: a traditional tasting of the chef’s signature dishes, and a seasonal tasting featuring fresh market ingredients. The prix-fixe and tasting menus are available Monday through Sunday for dinner. The restaurant also offers a two-course lunch menu for a terrific value. Gentleman are required to wear a jacket. No jeans, sweatshirts or sneakers allowed. Tie is not required.
