Because the weather was damp and chilly and this establishment was in the vicinity of our hotel, we chose to dine here. There is nothing special about either the decor or the ambience, both of which can perhaps be best described as “typical New York City coffee shop.” The establishment was packed and bustling, but we were shown a comfortable... This was a great diner, located in a welcomed spot near a couple of boutique hotels with expensive restaurants. By no means fine dining, but as diners go, they know their business. They are quick, clean, efficient, and properly priced. I had breakfast and coffee, and it was a hearty meal. I give it 5-stars for a diner.

We happened in here after helping pick up someone after a procedure at nearby hospital. Very active place but they managed to seat us quickly. Service was also pretty quick. it's not fine dining by any stretch of the imagination and I'm betting that a standard breakfast here would be fine, but our soups and sandwich were barely ordinary. When... More

This place has good food, great service and is a reliably quick breakfast. No fancy coffees here but I was impressed that when I ordered skim milk to top off my oatmeal, it was heated. A very nice touch.

Found this place on my last visit to NY, and had breakfast everyday. I didn't need to change because it was so good I ddn't want to go anywhere else. Excellent service and great food ! also in the quantity you expect in the US.

It's not inexpensive to eat in midtown. This isn't a fast food chain but is a typical diner with plenty of choices, decent prices, good service, quality and tasty food. There might be lines but it moves quickly.

This diner was very close to our hotel so we had breakfast there two mornings and also had dinner one evening as we arrived back from Jersey Gardens very late. We found the food very nice and the free top ups of coffee at breakfast were great. Burgers and fries were also really tasty.

Great breakfast options and more reasonable than most other Times Sq. area breakfast restaurants and you are not sitting on top of each other!

Thank Art C

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
