Grabbed a Penne a la Vodka the other day to go. It was great. In fact, I'm having the leftovers tonight for dinner. I definitly would go back again.

After waiting at the hospital we met our family who had already eaten. After sitting over 25 minutes, we were unable to order a drink or given a menu. My sister in-law had sent the pasta back twice because it was under cooked, and other family members were complaining of the lack of service. Very overrated, stay away !

Great for family outing, the red sweet wine recommendation was on point. They offer bread sticks with a delicious sauce. I can't remember the name of the wine. We had pepperoni and Buffalo chicken pizza both were good but the buffalo spicy.

It's the best pizza we had on the upper east side. The crust is just perfect. It's not too thin and not too thick. We had two different pizzas and both were great. One was white with diced tomatoes and one was eggplant and artichoke.

What a disappointment. I looked for a simple lunch near the hospital and chose Fratelli. The Margherita pizza was baked on a bland cracker style crust with an unsalted cardboard-like taste. The sauce was thin and highly puréed. No sign of a basil in the sauce or as a topping. Cheese was only slightly melted making the whole thing truly... More

My daughter had gluten free pizza with goat cheese. I had Chicken Picatta and a Caesar salad. The atmosphere was nice, the food was good, the service was fine.

Fratelli's is a small, neighborhood brick oven pizza restaurant that seems to have a loyal following that goes for more than just their pizza. The atmosphere is quite pleasant as is the wait staff. Upon being seated, almost immediately, a rich tomato dip is brought out with toasted bread. That alone is worth the visit. My pizza margherita came out... More

Have been visiting for many years both cafe Luca and Fartelli. Our Family unfortunately has had too many events at MSKCC and NYPH. But a go to place locally to eat is either of these family owned and operated eateries. Today we went as a family of 6 There was no place for us at Luca but we were escorted... More

Ate here twice this summer. The food is good but priced too high even for NYC. I like thin pizza but this was like a sheet of paper and not worth $25.00. I was still hungry.

I love their wood fired pizzas especially the Bianca. Gnocchi in red sauce are like pillows, so delicious. Complimentary flat bread and sundried tomato pesto are amazing. The staff is fantastic especially the manager Gavin. Great place to eat with kids.

Staying in Upper East Side

Neighbourhood Profile
Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.
