Hi there, Super sorry about this. The nonsense that you were on the receiving end of is completely antithetical to everything our restaurant is about. We aim to convey a spirit of warmth, conviviality and bonhomie. We usually succeed. In your case we failed miserably....More

I hadn't been to Almond in about a year, as it's further from my office than a few other nice spots. Having picked it for a social business lunch, I expected good food, and good conversation focused on business. After the first taste of my...More

We dined here after wandering about the area for a while looking for somewhere not too busy or loud where we didn't have to wait to get a table. Almond is a very pretty restaurant with attentive staff. We both had the chicken special and...More

We had a business event/dinner for 50 people in their back room. The food was very tasty, the servers were excellent, and the fact that we could be separated from the main restaurant was very good, but it was a bit noisy. A nice dining...More

Almond, an American bistro located in New York City’s bustling Flatiron District, combines the best of rustic French cuisine in a casually elegant atmosphere. Co-owner and Executive Chef Jason Weiner offers a menu of accessible dishes that put market-fresh ingredients center stage. Classic Almond dishes include Steamed Black Mussels with Shallots and White Wine and Roast Chicken with Hand-Crushed Potatoes and Natural Jus, while a list of “plats du jour” range from Roasted Whole Fish and Herritage Farms Porkchop to Rack of Lamb. The thoughtful wine list, handpicked by co-owner Eric Lemonides, offers an affordable selection of wines by the glass or bottle from regions across France and California. A specialty cocktail list, New York state craft beer selection, and raw bar selections are all available at the restaurant’s spacious 20-seat bar. Private dining spaces are perfect for larger parties and the European-style billiards room adds to the restaurant’s charm.
