...but do it anyway, because you only live once and you're in New York City! What a fantastic experience this place is. It's a piano bar, in the theater district, staffed by actors/singers who can belt out a tune (or twelve) and then...the piano player/singer gets in the act too. Kick back, have a few drinks and enjoy an atmosphere... More

Someone at hotel told us about this place, so we went. However, that person didn't tell us that the fun starts after nine. Made reservations, and 7 was only hour available. Now I know why. Food was good though and service great. After 9 there is a jazz piano players and aspiring actors and actresses as waiters. Will try again... More

Our group of 7 women had dinner at the restaurant Saturday night and then went to the piano bar to sing and people watch. The dinner was only so so. But the pianist in the piano bar was superb, a totally talented professional. The singing was provided by the waitstaff, all Broadway professionals or wannabe professionals, and by patrons. We... A fun place with really good food and good music - you are in for a treat. Prices are in line with this area but worth it.

Wonderful Atmosphere. Great greeting as I entered, seated, and drink order taken quickly. I went along for a drink, and to enjoy the entertainment provided by Jerry on the Piano, and the Bar Staff - Elaine waiting tables, Laura and Tommy behind the Bar. All of them VERY Talented, and they 'helped Jerry out' with their own contributions to the... More

We came based on review of the prix fixe menu. The $35 options made this deal terrible. In some cases, the price would have been cheaper to order the three courses a la carte off the menu. As a result, we opted to just order entrees and drinks. One of us ordered an Old Fashioned - a pretty standard drink... More

I'm going to say add Don't Tell Mama to your NYC to-do list, because it was easily one of the highlights of our trip to the Big Apple. It was my first time to NYC, my husband's second, and everyone recommended we see a show. The thing is, neither of us enjoy musicals. Still, I wanted a taste of that... More

Among the thousands of choices in NYC this restaurant is worth a visit. A good choice before or after a show. The place was small and packed so make a reservation. The service is fine, the food is good and the customers joined in to have a good time with the piano bar.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
