Had the ham and cheese croissant and didn't have to hardly wait and had an eclair to die for. Clean restrooms too.

we used this as our breakfast default during our short stay in NYC. It took a minute to work out the routine but we soon settled in with Plate #2 with pancakes & strawberries. Very quick service and great food.

Nice deli. Lots of sandwich/panini/wrap selections to choose from or have them make one upon request. Generally fast lines though a bit confusing if you're not used to it. We each selected a panini or a wrap for lunch. They're huge and we definitely could've shared them. Big servings for the average person. Fresh. Delicious.

Lots of choice for sandwiches, great cheesecake!! We used it to just get toast and tea to take back to the hotel.

We loved this place!! The layout was fab, lots of seating and fridges and counter at the back. They have a huge selection of food, we had paninis and drinks for lunch. The staff were super friendly. The tables and areas were immaculate.

We wanted a good deli sandwich like Carnegie deli. This is a self service and not nearly is good. It is rather pricey for deli sandwich. For this price I would go to a restaurant to be waited on. It's okay sandwich but expensive.

Neither the best nor the worse food ever, but a little bit poor in terms of variety, but the worst was the staff attendance and service, always rushing you to take your order, they don't let you make your decision quietly or let you take your time to do it, very rude service staff, not polite at all, above all... The food was nice plenty of selection but really overpriced. I half regret not going back to query the bill. The staff were polite and there was plenty of seats.

Quick and easy. Prices well marked on boards at counter. Difficult to understand counterperson. Wife had hot ham and cheese. Nicely crisped. Roast beef and cheese for me and lots of roast beef.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
