A good dive bar has to first be a dive. But then it also has to have a "reason" for being. Jimmy's Corner ticks both boxes. It's tucked into a narrow space just off Times Square. But it's about as un-Times Square as possible. There's...More

Small bar and tables close together but everyone friendly. Cheap drink for New York, especially in this area, we paid $7 for a Samuel Adams and a coke.

A Very small and narrow bar, which won't suit everyone, especially claustrophobic's! But it has a tonne of character, is cheap for New York, and if you are a Boxing fan, a goldmine of photos and memories on the walls.

Dive bar not for everybody. Not always the cleanest of bars but we enjoyed this 'real' bar and went back several times for a few drinks. Great vibe. Great prices for location - Cosmopolitan for $4. Beers $3. All bar staff 'real' - No complaints

Owned by Jimmy who was Mohammad Ali's corner man. The bar is full of boxing memorabilia including the time bell from Madison Square Garden. Jimmy is often in there and will gladly pose for a photo and talk boxing with you. Cheap drinks in the...More
