Clearly has staffing issues. Just sat, and sat. And sat and sat. At 3pm when restaurant was not busy.

I routinely visit this Cracker Barrel location when I am in the area or traveling through Falt Rock on 1-26. Not that easy to access this location but they have a large parking lot. The staff provides good service. It is hard to beat Grandma's...Sampler with those hot, fresh pancakes.More
We picked up the meal exactly at the time specified. Everything was neatly packed. In serving, we found the amounts were very generous. 7.5 pounds of turkey breast! It would be so much easier, though, if we could cook in the containers they came in....By the time you transfer all those things to various pots and pans to cook, you have a ton of dishes to do. The pies looked very commercial, with their unfluted crusts, but they are absolutely excellent! The pecan pie had a flaky fresh crust and a chewy pecan topping - one of the best I have ever tasted.More
Due to being under staffed, there was about a 40 minute wait with very few cars in the parking lot. I hope people are mindful of these type of issues as they travel and act right. It's in no way the fault of those showing...up to serve you!! When we were called to be seated there were two different managers interviewing people at tables away from those eating. This was encouraging that there are those searching. Our server was Sandy and cashier Jennie. Both of these ladies were so polite. Smiling and friendly. I had an amazing order of greens and beans with cornbread muffins. It was all prepared perfectly!! My husband was excited to have chicken pot pie and he too was very pleased. We certainly appreciate all those workers here and the fantastic jobs they were doing.More
We love Cracker Barrel. The food is consistent and provides the taste of hone you are looking for while traveling. We had breakfast on the way to the beach and bought some candy and snacks for the road. Friendly staff.
Average food good service for lunch. Chicken fried steak was so so. Broccoli was prepared just right. Okra had been frozen and had little taste.
My daughter and I came in to eat dinner. We sat at the table for almost 20 minutes before the waitress ever came and asked what we wanted to drink. She only came and checked on us one time, after bringing us the wrong food....We had to ask someone else to bring us the correct food that we ordered. We only ate 2 or 3 bites of our food. I asked to speak to a manager. We had planned on taking our food to go, but he said he would cover the meal and so we were just going to leave it there. The waitress came back and said she was going to let the manager handle us since we were displeased. As she walked off she mumbled, "I figured you were just here for a free meal anyway." At this time I stood up and followed her as she walked into the kitchen. Luckily, the manager was standing there at the entrance and so I told him what she said, and she even said yes, that she said that. The manager told me he would handle it. The waitress's name is Amy.More
The restaurant was like the usual Cracker Barrel. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Can do contactless payment if you have the Cracker Barrel app. Convenient to I 26 and walking distance to the Quality Inn.
We stopped in on 4/26/21 for supper. Ordering the grilled catfish which was great with greens beans and slaw. Everything was very tasty. Amy our waitress was absolutely awesome! We will be back, good Lord willing!
I had almost given up on Cracker Barrel. They seems to have really changed lately and not for the better. However, this location was different. It was like Cracker Barrel use to be. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for a table but our...server was quick and attentive. He was very friendly. Our order took about 15-20 minutes to come to the table but we all commented about how good the food was. Good portions at good prices. They are still social distancing the tables somewhat but not in the store or as you wait to be seated.More
The service was fast at being seated. The server Luis was very friendly and efficient. He kept the coffee cup filled and checked back to make sure the food was good. Typical Cracker Barrel menu and food done right
We waited twice as long for a table as we were told. Our waitress was very inattentive, wrote our order down but didn't bring what we asked. We had to beg for refills, our table was never cleared at any point and there were glasses,...plates and little bowls all over the place. The food was disappointing. Chicken was cold and had no flavor, the frozen okra was still frozen. There was liquid feces all over the toilet and the walls in the bathroom. There is no manager to come around and check on patrons, and everyone is in a state of confusion. If you are looking for a quick meal, move on to somewhere else.More
Stopped for supper while traveling with business colleagues. Service was fantastic. Erica was one of the best we’ve ever encountered at any Cracker Barrel. Food was delivered hot and as ordered and tasted great!! Overall a wonderful meal!!
After being on the road all day, we were very glad to have a Cracker Barrel next door to our motel. We ordered the grilled trout and haddock dinners to go and returned to our motel room. The food was very good, but there was...no butter or jelly for the biscuits or cornbread... so close to having a very satisfying meal.More
We stopped for dinner. I got my usual pancakes which were good. My wife got a salad. It was skimpy on vegetables, mostly lettuce and croutons.
