It is conveniently located right across from the San Diego Convention Center and my friend and I decided to stop here for lunch. The outside looks like this is a fancy restaurant and is very inviting. I ordered the Fish and Chips and it was...More

Great location, especially if you can get a table close to the sidewalk. Seating in the restaurant is also good, much more open than at your traditional steakhouse. Great ambiance overall. Make a great steak. I ordered my Filet Mignon medium-rare, and it was right...More

Our concierge recommended this nearby Gaslamp Quarter tourist trap for its fresh seafood. While the restaurant does have seafood on its menu, the fresh items are mostly appetizers: oysters and Dungeness crab. The entrees are quite limited. Lou & Mickey's is a cavernous, oldtime, old...More

Located right across the street from the San Diego Convention Center, this is an old school eater with lots of glass and brass. They offer fish, red meat and pasta and seem to do it all well. I had the basil spaghetti in the evening...More

It is conveniently located near the conference center. Prices were ok for the area. Service was fine. I was there for lunch. Had fish and chips which I would not recommend. The batter on the fish reminded me of eating pancakes.

Visited Lou and Mickey's while catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in 5 years. We each ordered a drink and appetizers (an iced tea is $4 and coconut shirmp appetizer is $15 for 6 shrimp). The food was ok, but over priced really...More

Location is great but prices and service do not match. Soup and salad with a glass of wine was $50, expected. Did not expect to have to flag my waiter to get my check and only see him once after food. Too many better nearby...More

Give it a shot- but you can park on the street- finding a space is like rolling the dice in Las Vegas, plenty of paid lots in the area.
