What else can I say other than the food was delicious and the service super? Went for lunch with limited time: welcomed nice conversation and quick service. In all this the plating was very nice and quality very high.

We visited Meze on a recommendation. The cocktails were great. The food was dry good quality - the standout were the fries, oddly enough. Portion sizes were bigger than expected. Service was extremely good. Interesting decor - slightly industrial.

While attending a conference I was looking for something a little different for a lunch break! Mess is close to Convention Center and short 5 minute walk. Excellent service... great atmosphere and super gyro... maybe the best I’ve had! Recommend it highly !!!

The Meze is a great place for Mediterranean food. The food was excellent--fried octopus was tender and delicious, whipped beet and yogurt was very tasty and the flaming Ouzo shrimp was outstanding. I split the Gyro plate and still had left overs. The desserts were...More

Went there one night based on a trip adviser review. Liked it so much that we went back the next night. Did not order main dishes, instead ordered a variety of small plates. Color me happy

We came in to try their octopus and we were not disappointed! Amazing flavor! Also tried their Greek salad and were very happy. Their service was also superb! Highly recommend! We will be back in our next trip to San Diego!

We are a family-owned bar and restaurant deeply rooted in San Diego's popular Gaslamp Quarter/East Village community. The word "meze" translates as "taste" - meaning both "flavor" and "a taste of something." At Meze Greek Fusion, you'll find both. Our menu features finely crafted Greek cuisine with a Southern California twist. You can enjoy entrees in our chic high-ceilinged dining room, or in small portions as "meze" that go exceptionally well on our patio with a drink. Meze is the perfect gathering spot for special event celebrations, relaxing dinners with family and friends, a peaceful lunch, or a handcrafted cocktail and a quick bite to eat before heading to a Padres game, or a night out in the Gaslamp. On the weekends, you can enjoy our delicious brunch with Bottomless Mimosas out on the patio. We are also known for our unique Greek wine and spirits selection, which is the perfect compliment to our flaming dishes, lively weekend belly dancing shows, and our extensive hookah options. We welcome you to join us for an unmatched dining experience that will exceed your wildest expectations. Opa!
