Is it a negative thing to say that there were so many options, you almost felt pressure in making a decision before you were ready? This place is all about turnover and you saw people rushed to have their food, get their orders in, pay and get out. That said, they did have a line outside. Being a solo diner,... More

This was our first breakfast of this trip to the States and it was very typical of what you would expect. Large portions and huge menu, you can definitely share!! Free wifi was really helpful when planning the day ahead. We arrived before 8am which was good as gone this time there was a queue out onto the street. Arrive... More

There are a few of these around the city. It is a great place for breakfast. There are some really good tex-mex options. Really friendly staff.

I eat all over the country and was told this place was great for breakfast. The coffee wasn't that great, and the breakfast was just ok. It's tough when you are used to such great food. My eggs came out under cooked and had to be sent back. It is a busy place and the staff was friendly. I wouldn't... More

It was so good on the first day, we came back again with the same results. Food comes out hot and as ordered. One of the best places that we have had waffles and chicken. Omelets were very good. Service was very good both days.

We visited this place based on a commercial we saw on TV. This place is a bit pricey for breakfast. We spent about $45. I got pancakes which the pancakes were Hugh! It darn near covered the plate. You can make it a meal for $3 more which included eggs bacon or sausage. I got some pancakes with bananas. I... More

This is a great choice in downtown San Diego. The building is old with lots of character. The service was great as was the food. The only minor complaint is that the kitchen was a little slow in preparing the meal. We would definitely visit again if in the area.

Went here twice for breakfast since I liked it so much. The first day I got a cheap breakfast special - eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast for $8. It's s great deal for the Gaslight District and really good. So good in fact that I came back the next day. This time I got a Mexican Eggs Benedict. It... More
