After receiving no service at Pho Little Saigon across the street we ended up in this Korean BBQ. Service and the Bimibamp was so exceptional that we returned 2 days later and ordered the same. We also got some Udon noodles - note this comes as soup, we made the same mistake of not asking at a korean BBQ in... More

While researching the nearby neighborhood looking for Asian cuisine during a recent business trip, I noticed that this restaurant's menu had a little more choice than others and stopped in. I'm glad I did. The atmosphere is a little better done than many Korean places I've visited. The service was polite, but unhurried. I did notice that even at 3... More

We experienced Korean BBQ many years ago in Seoul and have been looking for a place in the US that was just as good as the BBQ is Seoul. This place is the best we have been to in the US. Granted we are not Korean but we dine out a lot and really enjoyed this place. The highlight of... More

I normally don't say this about too many places, but it's true for me. I guess I've been deprived in the SF Bay Area, but my experience here is by far the best I have had. They actually cut the meat up in front of you with the bone still attached. My favorite part is the cooking method in which... More

I was staying nearby for business and this restaurant wasjust minutes from my hotel the - Courtyard by Marriott. Parking was no issue since it's located in a tiny strip center with a few other eatery's and a fish market. Since they have a minimum two order entree to grill at the table - I selected the beef short ribs... More

This place was awesome. Full of Koreans, which is a great sign. It is a barbecue joint, but they do have other Korean dishes. The barbecue is not cheap but it certainly appears worth it if you can stomach the expense. We would absolutely come back.

The barbecue beef and short ribs were not tasty although the sides were okay. Service was perfunctory and the decor unappealing. They used live coals to cook and the flying embers were a bit disturbing.

We were looking for a good Korean restaurant, but not an all-you-can eat BBQ place since it was for lunch. Since we would be shopping in the area, decided on this one. It was an excellent choice. Value of the dishes for the cost was spot-on. Wonderful side dishes. Sometimes people don't think the service is good since the wait... More

Three of stopped here for lunch after our Korean spa. We were hungry for healthy foods and one of our party is vegetarian. Bebimbop was excellent and plentiful (we had one beef and one vegetarian). The salmon binto box was also generous. Also plenty of authentic side dishes served as appetizers - spinach, kimchi, cabbage, sprouts Great service, good value

This place is different from all the Korean BBQ's in San Diego. For 1, it's not all-you-can-eat. 2, it's not a grill you cook on but over coal or wood. The quality of meat is good & delicious. The sides are all you can eat. You get rice & salad as well. I can see it getting pricey if you... More
