Stayed at the Hyatt and tried the Red Marlin on the Bay. Excellent seafood. My wife and I shared the side of brussel srpouts and salad. The brussel sprouts were grilled and were excellent. My wife had the lobster risoto; outstanding. It even had a huge piece of lobster in the shell. I had scallops. I love the seared scallops... More

Food was forgettable...4 of the 5 in our party were not impressed. However, our waiter was excellent!

We took the Mission Bay Cruise and afterwards stopped here for a quick bite and drink. The staff are excellent and very passionate about serving you. The clam chowder was delicious and drinks were good as well. I recommend this place for anything you desire.

My wife and I took a long weekend and stayed at the Regency Hyatt. Dining options are limited in that area for breakfast. We went to the Red Marlin on the last day of our trip and wished we had gone there for breakfast the entire trip.

We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and although the menu is small, the selections are great and taste wonderful. Their homemade potato chips are superb! I wanted to take some home with me.

Food was delicious. Choices were delectable and not too many - sign of good eatery. Loved the suggested pairings. Service was helpful and attentive. Ideal spot for watching sunset!

Enjoyed a dinner at Red Marlin this evening with a six and four year old. Food was absolutely delicious and service was fantastic. Our server brought extra fruit for the kids, who ordered a free range beef (or turkey) burger and tasty house made chicken tenders. We had the Sea Scallops (4) and Seafood Cioppino with linguini, both large portions,... More

While the food was a bit better than average the service was outstanding. Extremely friendly service and super polite. I came to the restaurant several times as they offered a nice mixture of options at their breakfast buffet
