Legal Crossing is an urban neighborhood restaurant inspired by the vibrancy of Downtown Crossing, then and now. It's a cross between all of the Legal Sea Foods concepts, evolved into a new, singular experience. The menu showcases the freshness and purity of our seafood. Tried-and-true favorites from all the Legal Sea Foods concepts (Legal Sea Foods, Legal Test Kitchen, Legal C Bar and Legal Harborside, Floor 1 and 2) - evolved by preparation and/or presentation - along with exclusive offerings, comprise the menu mix. At the same time, we’re shaking things up with our cocktails. Many of them are a playful nod to Downtown Crossing’s colorful past, while the influence of Chinatown is seen in some

Always a good idea to make a reservation at the “Legal Seafood” brand restaurant. The name and location is always a draw. The food is as expected, cocktails weak, wine list sufficient. The menu needs some vegan options. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu...More

If going to the Boston Opers House or Paramount Theater dine at Legal Crossing. It is Asian fusion and you won't be disappointed. An upscale feel, staff is on point and this food was all delicious.

Had a delicious dinner at Legal Crossing, Legal seafood’s downtown crossing venue. My husband and I arrived on time for our pre-theater reservation and they had a nice booth waiting for us even though others were waiting to be seated. Service was impeccable. For example,...More

I went here for a pre show bite and a drink. I was solo and sat at the bar. The bartenders were not engaging and rather mechanical. They used jiggers to make drinks, I had a tequila and mescal mixed drink that was ok. No...More

The service at this spot is really good except for when they are trying to run you out 45mins before closing time on a Friday night! Never experienced that before anywhere else. But in Boston it seems acceptable! Very odd. While the place wasn’t crowded,...More

Dinner for four before a show. The bang bang cauliflower was okay, chowder was excellent, and the pork dumplings above average. The swordfish special was awful: the fish was only 1/4 inch thick and way over-cooked, the vegetables were cold. The tuna enter was also...More

Missing silverware, broken pepper mill, food quality was below average. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the price.

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston
Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling
statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
