My dad and I ate here on a weekend trip to Boston, there were so many options for places to eat but so happy we chose here! The fettuccini alfredo was some of the best I've had, reasonable portion sizes as well

We stopped in at this italian restaurant after an afternoon walking the Freedom Trail. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. There was four of us and we all enjoyed our dinners. We started off with stuffed meatballs and breshetta. Both of these appetizers were delicious, especially the meatballs. I had the Veal Marsala and my wife had... More

We just had the best time and great food here. We made reservations for 5 people at 7pm but part of our party was running late. That's always a little tense when they want to serve you but can't just leave tables empty. We sat at the bar and had a great red wine and meatballs at the recommendation of... More

Had a hard time deciding what to get! So many fabulous choices! Our party of four got 4 different things. They were all great! Place is located within walking distance from the sea port.

In Boston putting on Conference at great hotel in downtown. My wife and a coworker of mine decided that we wanted to walk into the North End and have a great Italian pasta dinner. We came across Riccardo's. The owner was outside greeting passers, and we stopped to look at the menu. Looked great. We had just had an appetizer... More

There are so many better restaurants in this area. Honestly I would eat at McDonalds over this. We stopped in on a Friday night, it really wasn't busy and that probably should have been the first warning. The restaurant itself is well decorated and was clean but that is the extent of the positives. We were served by an older... More

On behalf of myself, the GM and the owner of the restaurant, we apologize for your unhappy dining experience. I am actually really surprised by some of your remarks, considering our bread is made freshly every day. Our chicken parmesan is known to be one of our best items. I would really of appreciated if you and your guests would... More

I was taken in by the review that mentioned a son standing outside the restaurant saying his dad was cooking that night. Alas, our experience was awful. When we arrived at the restaurant ~8:07, we followed a patron in. He had just dropped a cigarette butt and was exhaling the smoke when I fell in behind him. He turned out... More

We went last night with another couple for a 5:30 reservation. The man, who I assume was the owner barely looked at us and seemed annoyed. It wasn't a nice and inviting welcome for sure. We sat at the bar and it was very limited....beer and wine and flavored vodka....no liquor or gin, etc... We were shown to our seat... More

We have been to the North End many times and had many Italian meals at many Italian restaurants. This was one of the best Italian meals we have every had. Every dish was superb, with great flavors and sauces. No over the top heavy tomato sauces here. Great atmosphere, great Italian background music, great characters, but the food was terrific.... Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church and Copp’s Hill Burying Ground.
