Very good Korean food, including bibimbap, seafood and vegetable pancakes, and an excellent seafood Udon

I really liked to be here during my stay in Boston. This is located in the heart of the Chinatown. I love Japanese and Korean cuisine. They served fresh food and really tasty. This must try and I will definitely comeback here.

Visited this restaurant for dinner after long day of sightseeing. Relatively central location in Chinatown, not too far from Chinatown park. Portion sizes were fairly decent , such as bulgogi bibimbap and daegu maentang. Unfortunately quantity does not make up for rude service and mediocre quality. Rice in bibmbap was dry, and there didn't seem to be much bulgogi. The... More

Awesome Korean food. We had the Hawaiian Maki roll, bimbibop, fried rice and kimchi pancakes. Everything was fantastic.

My first time eating here was based on it having the highest number of patrons inside. It was after ten pm and during the next three hours it offers a special menu featuring 'box' meals. The box is actually a platter with different compartments containing salad, rice, the selected meat dish, tempura vegetables, a California roll and a dumpling. I've... More

Real Korean food - friendly service - KPop playing what more do you want? We ordered a selection of bbq starters (corn/egg/potato) all delicious and then shared a Tofu Jigae (Tofu Soup) to share. Lovely deep broth - nice sized portion - I added a bit of heat (Siracha) to mine but perfect balance for my wife. All in all... More

Stopped in here after a long night with colleagues. Started with Japanese baby octopus and worked my way to Korean Gopchang Jungol. Fresh ingredients and excellent preparation. Service was good. Fun atmosphere, mixed age crowd.

I was looking for a good Chinese meal while I was in town. I looked for a restaurant that was pretty well packed with Chinese people, which I figured would tell me that the food was good. I got a table and looked at the menu. I didn't recognize anything on the menu. This was good; I figured this meant... More

NO LIQUOR LICENSE. I have an unslakeable hunger for Korean bibimbop so I was drawn to this place. It was OK. Like all the bibimbop I have tried in Boston it was heavy on rice and light on all the other ingredients especially the meat. I avoid raw sushi, but I had an eel appetizer and it was drenched in... I ordered spicy-fish-stew. Instead It tasted like Kimchi stew. Thuk-Bok-Ki was tasty. Overall good and clean. I enjoyed my meal!

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
A small area rich in Chinese cultural influences, visit Boston’s Chinatown for some great Asian cuisine and small, authentic bakeries. Enter through the iconic Chinatown gate and stroll down Beach, Tyler, and Kneeland streets to explore the compact area. Rest your feet from walking and grab a bite at one of the many restaurants around Chinatown. From traditional Chinese to Vietnamese to Malaysian, there is a wide range of Asian food available, within easy access of South Station. At night, Chinatown becomes a late night food destination after the bars close.
