Lovely little tavern. Bartender was exceptional, so was the beer and the atmosphere. Nothing better than a pit stop at Bukowskis on a day in Beantown.

Bukowski is a nice little Bar or tavern near the Boston convention centre. The place is pretty small but cosy place for a beer or two. An ATM automat in the corner of the pub helps in acute lack of money. They serve a rich collection of different beers and the menu for foods is short but very exciting.

This is a great dive bar. Nothing fancy, just a local, laid back place to grab a beer and maybe listen to some Boston accents. Good beer selection, and cash only. Get the tater tots!

Well over 100 beers to choose from. Great service. Server was friendly. Small space just off the Hynes convention center and Hilton. Bar type food. Dead authors mug club requires drinking 150 or so different beers in 180 days (see photo).

Excellent beer selection, decent food... itty bitty space. This is a locals place, but welcoming and enjoyable. I can't stress enough how tiny this place is so DO NOT come here with a large group... four is going to be tough to find a spot. Otherwise, enjoy the tremendous beer list, great music and good food.

How do you call yourself a dive bar if your beer prices are the same as everyone elses? I obviously had no clue they only served beer or else I wouldn't have come here, i was craving a mixed drink, like a tequila sunrise, and i was explaining to the bartender what's in it to make their job easier he... It is actually a lot bigger than it looks from outside. A trendy hipster/dive bar with a good selection of craft beer and $3.75 pints of PBR.

Wife and I came here for lunch. Place was pretty empty at noon. Service was very slow. We got our appetizer and meals at the same time (30mins after ordering ). Burger was decent. Just 1 staff member working and didn't make himself too visible. Would not come back.

I walked past and was almost going to give this place a miss. Glad I didn't, friendly place offering a good selection of local taps.

Went here with some coworkers as we were in town for a conference. Great divvy feel. Drinks were good alas my grilled cheese was sub par. Bread that was toasted brown with 2 pieces of cheese and tomato in it. Not grilled just an expensive cheese sandwich with toasted bread. My colleagues enjoyed their hot dogs.

Thank Amy L

Neighbourhood Profile
Back Bay
Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
