This place years ago was terrific for German food. Now it is terrible. The food was obnoxious. Half our orders were cold when they were suppose to be hot. I was with a group of friends. Practically everything all of us ordered was terrible. The...More

Came here for a pre-show dinner. Despite over 30 years in Boston area and driven by Jacob Wirth dozens of time, I have never been here. As can be seen by my reviews, I can be pretty critical. But can honestly say we really enjoyed...More

This is an old building with great charm. Great selection of beer. Everyone at our table loved their meal. From German food to fish and chips.

Yes, we did drink wine but I do not remember what kind, it was some month ago. But I remember it was OK - much better than the food!

Thank you for your question. The only dish we can make without seasoning is our burgers. All other dishes are mostly pre marinated. Please make sure to ask your server about your request when you arrive!
