Cozy and nicely lit dining room, excellent wine list, delicious pastas with ultra-fresh ingredients....loved the butternut ravioli and mussels in red wine sauce w/risotto! Take a short walk off Hanover and enjoy a more quiet meal!

Outstanding food and service. This placed was closed for a long time due to a fire, but I’m glad to report is now back and as good as ever.

Great atmosphere, with a wonderful bartender who was very attentive. Ordered grilled clams that were very good. Meatball entree and swordfish entree were both beyond delicious. Will visit again next time we're in the area.

A really fabulous Italian meal. We shared two appetizers and two meals between the three of us and walked out stuffed! Huge portions. With so many restaurants in the North End to choose from, I am happy that Prezza was recommended to us!

Best Italian food in Boston is found in the north end. No surprise there. This place is a bit loud but so good. Had the mushroom risotto, thank you previous Trip Advisor review!, the scallops, meatballs, tagliatelle with meat sauce and the burrata with golden...More

Cute, high energy spot amongst the hundreds of restaurants in the North End. Fresh pasta, wonderful Italian sausage and meatballs...all homemade as would be expected. Strong wine list

We had a very nice dinner at Prezza while visiting Boston. The appetizers were delicious and they have an extensive wine list. The main courses were very good but not as good as some of the other restaurants we have visited in the north end.

We brought a group of college students. Everything was excellent, especially pistachio ice cream. The dessert platter was worth it.

How is this gem not the #1 place to eat in Boston? We are visiting the East Coast from Minnesota and made a reservation here on the recommendation of the concierge at our rental apartment. Our meal was unbelievably delicious and probably the most attentive...More

North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like
being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and
Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants,
bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part
in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or
Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma
sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s
home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church
