This is a no frills, no fuss, eat it from a paper plate, kind of place and it is absolutely worth it. The dough is sublime: perfectly airy on the interior with a crisp exterior (somewhere between a thin and medium crust). The toppings are...More

We did a self-guided walking tour on Boston's Freedom trail and by the time we reached the Little Italy area, we were quite tired and hungry.. Hence, Pizzeria Regina was a natural choice - we had a great lunch of pizza and wine here! Although...More

Very crunchy pizza. A tour guide told us it is 100 years old and he was sure the brick oven has never been cleaned; it was fantastic like a fine wine.

This restaurant was greatly graded on TripAdvisor so we gave it a try, my adult son and I, while on a weekend trip to Boston. The wait was approximately 20 minutes on a Saturday night (a bit more for groups as you cannot make a...More

I am confused as to why all the hubbub about Regina's. I have been making pizzas for 40+ years. I am not a rookie at knowing what good pizzas are. Yes, Regina's pizza is good, but come on reviewers. This pizza is not a life...More

This pizza has ruined me for any other type of pizza. My family of 4 visited and liked it so much we returned for a second visit. The crust was thin and crispy. The sauce and toppings were delicious. Everything tasted very fresh. They don't...More

Rebecca here - currently recovering from one of the best pizza experiences of my life. Ben and I queued for about 30 minutes to get a table. Well worth the wait - which wetted our appetite anyway! We devoured two thick fluffly cheesy monstrosities while...More

4 of us shared a giambatta and loved every bite! Unbelievably good! Fresh ingredients and pizza crust is the best I've ever tasted.

Best pizza we had while visiting Boston. Very busy place (we went very early evening and were lucky to be squeezed in) and it is very much a "cheap and cheerful" experience where the pizza most definitely does the talking. Choices are 10 inch or...More

North End
Wandering around Boston’s North End can feel like
being transported to Europe. Stroll down Hanover and
Salem streets for the finest Italian restaurants,
bakeries, cafes, and a few boutique shops. Take part
in the big debate as to whether Modern Pastry or
Mike’s serves a better cannoli. Before your food coma
sets in, make sure to stop by historic Paul Revere’s
home, and follow the Freedom Trail to Old North Church

Like night and day. The original serves truly great pizza, on a par with the best in NYC. Faneuil hall and other locations are very good compared to other chain store pizzas but not in the same ballpark as the North End... More

BTW--I found "10 Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Boston" on TripAdvisor but it won't let me share the link. You have to Google it & can Google "Best Gluten Free Pizza in Boston" on TripAdvisor as well.

We had to walk quite a way. We parked in the parking garage over by Faneuil Hall.
