We found Haymarket Pizza through a walking tour and had a sample. We came back a week later to taste again, and the slices were just as good. They have several options of multi-topping pizzas for vegetarians too. This is a long-time family business that is well worth supporting!

Been coming here since I was a child. Not the best but it's good pizza for a fair price. A whole pie that's HUGE costs less than it would for a normal one from papa ginos or something.

$2 slices, with toppings. What?!? Best pizza in Boston, hands down. And an amazing deal. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

Nothing fancy about Haymarket Pizza, but you can get a large slice of thin pizza for $1.50 (including tax). Taste is good and I've grabbed slices on both my visits to Boston while walking around Boston. While heading north on the Freedom Trail, it is not far from Fanuiel Hall on a side street just after you take a right... More

This is the perfect spot for a quick lunch during work or if you need a quick snack. I love the pizza here. This is not the spot for picky people. The pizza is ready when you walk in and you should be open minded to just taking what is ready. I recommend this place.

Visited Boston in July and were doing the Freedom Trail. We stopped for lunch around Faneuil Hall. My kids wanted pizza and this place was close. It's just a little market shop, not much seating, but there is some. We ended up getting a large pizza, 2 calzones and drinks and I couldn't believe the price. Looks like they do... More

Traveling ain't cheap and feeding four kids and one hungry adult isn't always easy in a tourist zone. Haymarket Pizza is a a hidden gem between the North End and Quincy Market right of the Rose Kennedey Greenway. No frills, cheap eats, and friendly staff. Lots of locals in and out. Cash only. If your real lucky and your driving... More

Ran into this place by accident while walking around the North End. Great Pizza for around $2 a slice. Cheese slice is $1.50. Very nice people. There might be fancier places for pizza, but my family just fell in love with Haymarket !!! Great place to feed the family.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
