We went here during a tour of Boston, I live in the area but have never tried it. The food was delicious especially the crab cakes!

I think the title of this says it all. It is loud. Totally appropriate for young kids. The naked lobster roll and grilled lobster won the prize for best dinners. we got guacamole which was great but my sangria was a bit watered down.

Really fun, fast service and a great menu with all manner of seafood. Definitely go for the oysters (excellent) and the Quahog. I had no idea what it was but it's worth it at $5. The barking crab white beer is good too, particularly on s hot July afternoon in the city. Limited children's menu, but plenty on the starters... More

it is touristy- is there worse around?yes. is there better around?yes food: grilled lobster, a little overdone but good. shrimp boil was good but a little lacking in flavor and luke warm. the bisque was ok. the onion rings were very tasty, the crab dip was average/fine. service: mediocre-fine value: a little pricey for the level of service and food... A great, casual atmosphere. Lots of families as well as couples eating at shared picnic tables with a roll of paper towels to use as napkins. We had incredible king crab legs and lobster, and some beers. Take a wrap if you opt to sit outside - the evening breezes were a bit chilly even on a warm day.
