Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant while staying at the Ritz Carlton which is adjacent. We had the vegetarian ratatouille, burrato and tomato salad, scallops, and my daughter had chicken fingers from the children's menu. Great dinner and drinks.

Has lunch. Lobster roll sounded great, made on a brioche. But it was simply a fancy name for a hot dog roll. The roll was uninspired and poorly filled. Service was snail slow and inattentive even though the place was less than half full. Disappointing...More

My children and I had a good-enough breakfast here, with the usual dishes you would expect to find in a restaurant that calls itself a bistro. However, an avocado toast was quite bare, stripped-down to just the bare essentials plus a small strip of Parma...More

Located in the Boston Ritz-Carlton, Artisan Bistro has a quiet, pleasant ambiance. I reserve the "excellent" rating for the really outstanding and exceptional establishments. Very good, denotes the Artisan because of the service we had by Eugene, the quality of the food, and the very...More

This pricy coffee shop in the Ritz Carlton was ok, but not great. The menu was limited, and the food was not mediocre. I did get a great bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.

Most of the food establishments in the area are self service. We decided to treat ourselves to a nice lunch so we could be waited on. First off I was disappointed that it was brunch that was being served at 2:00 on Saturday afternoon. There...More

Breakfast was out of this world! The food presentation was wow! Great options and the fresh juices are freshly squeezed. Friendly and quick service. Bit pricey, but worth it.

Had brunch here before the ballet with a few friends. We split the bakery basket to start - filled with chocolate croissant, mini muffins and danish. Nothing out of the ordinary. Our waiter was the biggest problem from the start. He just seemed to have...More

This was a convenient location for a light lunch after the ballet. Food was good, but our waiter was disorganized taking one meal order with the drinks, then bringing the drinks, then taking the other orders. That first order arrived right after the drinks instead...More

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with
historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through
one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston

statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the
pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where,
during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting
children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
