The staff are all great, not a single ripple in the calm, friendly attitude from everyone we encountered. Top marks. But I came for the food... More

The reservation was made in advance by my nephew with two pre-selected appetizers and three main dishes. Beverages were also selected in advance. The red Merlot from Argentina was very good. Service was also very good and friendly. Food quality and quantity for this type of restaurant was as expected, 4*.

We have been getting our seafood fix at Legal Seafood for the last 16 years & each meal has been so solid in quality. We try to always eat here once or twice when in the area.

Legal Seafood caught my attention since I read about it in the business school, and later visited its venue in Atlanta along with my wife. It was love at first bite. Going to Boston I could not thing letting go the opportunity to visit one of its venues, and I did. As a matter of fact I did it twice..,... More

If you walk straight in and go all the way back...there are five or six bar spots that face the street. Clams and oysters spot on. Lobster roll has giant chunks of tail and claw meat on a buttered and toasted split top hot dog bun.

I cannot tell you how delicious the chowder in this place is. I would go back to Boston just to go here. Very friendly staff, nice views etc but it is all about the chowder. How can it be so delicious. Mouth watering just thinking about it.

You’ll find a nod to our heritage on the first floor hull, with a casual menu of seafood favorites with a twist, an oyster bar and a market. The second floor dining room offers cuisine prepared with sensible creativity for celebratory eating and private dining events. And those that visit the third floor promenade deck will enjoy a four-season rooftop lounge with a retractable glass roof and walls for cocktails and bites. All aboard!

Located in the Seaport District, Legal Harborside is within easy walking distance to the Institute of Contemporary Art, the World Trade Center, the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, the Bank of America Pavilion and hotels including the Renaissance Boston, Westin Waterfront and Seaport.
