We had a nice meal before seeing Billy Joel at Fenway. The service was excellent. The food was good but portions were small. Very tasty but not a great value. I started with $16 French Onion Soup which was a fairly small (cup vs bowl)....More

Our server Samantha really made our meal - from recommending the perfect cocktail (of which there are many) to helping us pick amazing dishes, she was AWESOME. We loved sitting outside on the terrace - very European feel. The Lobster/gnocchi was amazing - a special...More

Two of us went for dinner in July, 2018. Yes, it is a "fancy" restaurant. The menu is ridiculously high priced considering the portions are very VERY small. There are other pricey restaurants where the portions are much more generous. There was nothing wrong with...More

Not sure how to summarize our dinner experience. Everyone was very nice and the food was delicious. But it took forever to get our food out. I overheard our (one of many) waiter saying they had a lot of new people on tonight, so I...More

Decided on Deuxave for my Birthday dinner. What a great choice. Every dish was exceptional. My beginning cocktail was also exceptional. I would rank this as one of the best meals I've had in Boston. I started with the Foie Gras which was absolutely delicious....More

Started the evening with a cocktail at the bar. The place is modern, smart yet relaxing. If you want fine dining and a break from seafood, this is the place to go. Our dishes were just perfect.

Went to have a special reunion with 6 friends who had not been together for 55 years. The Staff was attentive but not intrusive. The meals were excellent. It was quiet, relaxing and comfortable to spend the evening in memories and good food. Although expensive...More

We chose Deuxave for our anniversary dinner and had a fantastic meal. We had the prix fix which came with 5 courses plus a couple of extra bites. The opening ceviche was good but a tad spicy to start a meal. The scallops and duck...More

The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but
loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this
home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find

Co-Owners Brian Piccini, Executive Chef Christopher Coombs & General Manager/Sommelier Jason Irving are proud of their award winning Restaurant & Bar, Deuxave in the Back Bay. The inspiration behind the restaurant's American Nouveau Cuisine is seasonality, with a focus on working with the finest farms and purveyors, sourcing out the freshest, local ingredients and amplifying their magnificence. The cuisine is strongly rooted in the nouvelle techniques of contemporary French cuisine, married with the splendor of American ingredients in a refined, but casual setting. Deuxave's (pronounced doo-ave) name plays homage to its location at the corners of Commonwealth Ave and Massachusetts Ave.
