We stopped by on an impulse, and were fortunate to get a table in this very small place. I'm glad we did. The risotto was excellent. I'll make a point of returning the next time I'm in Asheville.

Just driving through Biltmore Village at dinner time and decided to give this place a try. The Caesar Salad and shrimp hush puppies were very good.

Ate here for a late lunch (reservations probably needed for earlier). I had quiche (light and tasty), and my friend had a reuben sandwich. Desserts (bread pudding and semolina cake) were well made. The staff is friendly, and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend eating...More

We stumbled into Fig in 2014. It was such a memorable experience, we wanted to try again on our recent trip back to Asheville. Yet again, the service is top notch, the food beyond compare and the wine without exception. It will now be a...More

We had a good dinner at this tiny restaurant in Biltmore Village. We both has the bolognese with salads to start and very pleased. However, the server was slow and seemed only capable of one task at a time.

A bit hide-away from Biltmore Village. Love their courtyard setting, small, casual and quiet, and of course, good food. Had mussels as starter, tender and juicy. One of the best we ever had. i ordered duck and wife had shrimp. The shrimp was normal but...More

Fig is a small bistro in Biltmore Village and my wife and I just enjoyed a terrific lunch there. We started with pommes frites which were delightful in truffle oil garlic. My wife really enjoyed a grilled cheese with Granny Smith slices and I really...More

The Fig offered an interesting wine list. We were interested in the small plates and a glass or two of wine. The menu had everything we wanted. Ingredients were fresh and the combination of flavors made the dishes we chose enjoyable.

This is not a typical dining destination restaurant. Instead, it is a nice local place, for a very relaxed, casual dinner, in a quite secluded 'square' behind the shopping street. The staff are casual and friendly. The food is good, and quite aligned with typical...More

The menu changes often with seasonal ingredients and they have daily specials. The vegetarian plate is always delicious as are the desserts. Service is impeccable! The food is divine.

Yes, as others have said, they have a full bar. Fig used to be one of my top picks in Asheville, but our last experience there was not so good. Even our before-dinner cocktails were poor. Our waitress didn't even seem to... More
I had the most wonderful cheese souffle in Paris in May. I'm trying to find a restaurant that has it on its menu.

I don't believe that Fig has cheese Souffle. They do have the best Macaroni and Cheese you can find. Also, the celery salad w/ gorgonzola is fantastic. However, I understand that the Corner Kitchen at 3 Boston Way, also... More
