My family of 6 wanted to hear live music and found the Isis Restaurant and Music close to where we were staying. We attended the Blue Grass Session and had a table up close and the food was amazing! Loved it all!

If you enjoy feeling forgotten then this may be the place for you. That's the feeling the service gave my wife and I when we stopped by. The place was NOT busy by any stretch with only 3-4 tables occupied including us. The time involved in getting us water, then our drinks, taking our order and ultimately receiving our apps... More

(This review centers on the upstairs lounge, dinner and music experience) We had friends scheduled to play the early evening show in the upstairs lounge/listening room so we decided on dinner there as well for an all inclusive evening. Conveniently located in the ever-happening West Asheville area, the venue was easy to find and offered dedicated, free parking for patrons... More

Nice menu, with good variety of appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. Their hamburgers are really, really good. Presentation is nice. Quantity of food is quite adequate and satisfying, i.e. not huge like in some restaurants. This restaurant also has a music hall (as it was a movie theater long ago). We stayed for the show, which was excellent, at least this... More

My pal and I are hitting all the Asheville joints who are supposed to have the best burgers in town. Isis didn't disappoint. It was a good burger, a bit expensive but it was tasty. We sat at the bar for dinner and ate. The bartender was very nice and the ambiance of the joint was pretty good. It's a... More

The old Isis Theater in West Asheville has been transformed into a great dining spot with music. We were there early in the evening and missed out on the music, but posters on the walls showed a variety of music offerings during the week. Good food and service. We will return, hopefully on a night when the Bluegrass bands are... More

Don't dismiss this place due to its unfortunate name. Went to dinner and bluegrass concert on a Sunday night. Food was delicious (I had a chicken entree) at decent prices. The bluegrass duo was wonderful. Fun crowd created a fun atmosphere in the hall.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner and cocktails, warm and attentive service and fabulous music. The audience was full of knowledgeable and appreciative music lovers, listening, so the musicians were turned on by that and the mood in the room was lovely. Glad we went. We'll be back!

Isis is great place to have dinner then go listen to your favorite music. The atmosphere is very loud without the music when the restaurant is full of people. The menu is somewhat limited but gives everyone something can eat.

The staff at Isis were EXTREMELY accommodating. We hadn't purchased tickets in advance, but when we arrived for dinner, they allowed us to purchase our tickets and then save our seats upstairs for the show so we didn't have to rush through dinner. Food was excellent. And the bands were outstanding. We will definitely make this a go-to whenever we... More
