Long wait, but definitely worth it. Their bacon is to die for. We both loved what we ordered. Buy some jam - its the perfect blend of fruity goodness but not super sweet.

Our family always goes out to breakfast at Sunny Point at least once when we visit Asheville. My wife's favorite is the Huevos Rancheros. I have tried other dishes, and I haven't been disappointed. I especially liked the Fried Chicken Waffles. Be prepared to wait,...More

I moved to Asheville from Charleston SC and know good shrimp and grits. Sunny Point is spot on with creamy grits, big shrimp cooked right and awesome bacon. We go here all the time just for this dish.

A cool joint, serving delicious, homemade food. This place will now be our regular stop on our way into Asheville.

The bacon is amazing. The huevos are amazing too. Everything is. If you only have time to eat one place this should be it.

We found this place by doing a Trip Advisor search. What a gem! They make sodas, like tangerine and ginger beer in house... made for great mimosa style drinks! The staff was super friendly, and the food was the best I have eaten for breakfast...More

I do think the french toast is unusual in some way. If you were on Haywood Road and it was more than three-four years ago, there really is no other place it could have been!
