Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stopped at La Pasadita, based on previous Trip Advisor reviews, hoping for some good tacos. We arrived around 11:45am fortunately because the line of cars for the drive-thru lined up out the parking lot started shortly after that. We had the steak tacos, carnitas,...al pastor, and chicken. All the tacos were so delicious and super fresh! The chicken tacos and steak tacos were the favorites. There were lots of self-serve toppings to choose from including cilantro onions, radish, pickled onions and hot peppers, spicy salsa, pico de gallo, tomatillo salsa, some type of avocado salsa, and some huge pickled jalapeño. We loved them so much we went back in and ordered more. I noticed the enormous burritos that were being made in the kitchen and look forward to trying one of those on the next trip. Love seeing the masa being made right there for the tortillas and the huge mounds of gorgeous cilantro. I highly recommend going there- and the earlier the better. They have a drive-thru also, but I didn’t see a menu posted outside so you can order at the window, then pull over and wait or call ahead.More

Ordered a delicious chicken burrito for lunch. It was made to my liking and it was hugely satisfying. If you are in the mood for some Amazing Mexican Food, this is the place to go.

This place is amazing. It’s a tiny family run restaurant. Everyone is very nice. Betty in particular is always super helpful. The chicken tacos are soooo good. I love their pico de Gallo too. Just go. This isn’t Taco Bell. This is the real thing.

We have been here on many occasions, but I want to explain my rating of four. This is not a fine dining establishment, no white table cloths or waiter or waitresses. This is a very basic, unpretentious( some would call it a dive) restaurant. With...all that I have said so far, the Mexican food is very traditional and will take you back to the motherland. The tacos are amazing(Pastor and Carme Asada), the queso is delicious and their burritos are also excellent. So, this is not fine dining it’s just great food. EnjoyMore

Very good food. This is a simple comfortable restaurant with a simple mission; make good food. No frills decor, just simple, downright fresh made food. They offer tacos, burritos and what looks to be daily plate specials with tortillas, beans and rice, all Mexican style...of course. Go by and see Lazaro, the owner, a real kind human being willing to assist a fellow human being. Try the steak burritos, took some with me for my sons and they loved them. They also offer side Mexican condiments such as pickled and spicy carrots and onions, pico de gallo, chopped cilantro, onions, radish, and of course salsa Verde and roja They also have a drive thru, how great is that for locals!More

This is a little joint I was told about years ago. This is not a fancy restaurant, very rustic and family joint. But, if you want the most authentic Mexican food outside of Mexico and you live in Miami this is the place. The Tacos...Al Pastor or Tacos Carnitas or Burritos or the queso frito(fried cheese) you must come here you won’t be disappointed. Not to mention it’s extremely reasonable. Remember, I will warn you this is not fancy but food is authentic and to die for. EnjoyMore

We have been eating here for years. Small whole in the wall restaurant. Seats only approx 15 people. Simple restaurant. Order at the counter and have a seat or take home. Also has a drive through. Burrito will run you $9 but it's huge and...over stuffed! Side of rice is only $1.50. Taco platter comes with 3 tacos, rice ( the best) and refried beans ( ok these are the best I have ever had anywhere hands down) . Platter only $9 also. Service is fast. Everything is full of flavor. Side bar has fresh salsa, limes, multiple toppings of your choosing. You will not be disappointed. My fifteen year old said he could eat there every night.More

This place is also a nice hole in the wall in homestead. Their tacos have tons of flavor and they even have a drive-thru. Instead of hitting up TACO BELL, go and visit them and get the real deal for your dollar.

Tacos tacos tacos! This is a hole in the wall in Homestead but the food is great, authentic Mexican. Seating is maybe for 10ppl inside but it's convenient with a drive thru. Tacos are great and inexpensive. Menu has a lot of variety. Friendly service.

A local buddy told me about this place, as we were in the Miami / Homestead area for the day and were craving tacos and good Mexican food. This place is perfect for tacos, queso frito (fried cheese), and other staples. A big plus is...the "fixings" bar with onions, cilantro, limes, jalepeños, and various sauces to add to your food. There is also a drive-through if you need to get your food to go.More

It is a small place with limited indoor seating but a big drive-thru business. Prices were reasonable and the place was packed (a good sign). I really wanted to like the food but I found it bland, especially for "authentic" Mexican. My beef tacos and...cheese quesadilla were average at best. The beef just did not have any flavor. Other people seemed to enjoy the food - I wouldn't go back.More

While it's fun to go inside this quaint Mexican place, the drive thru is the icing on the cake for me. Get your authentic-style tacos with your choice of meat (chicken, barbacoa, ground meat) and they put the cilantro and onion on the side. Good...sauces, too. It's cheap and it's good. Try it.More
