My wife and I just had dinner there.  I ordered the Lemon Chicken.  She ordered the Salmon Filet.  I ordered a mojito.  I could not sense any rum in that drink at all - very disappointing.  The salads were kind of pathetically small.  After we...More

I went to dinner with my wife and two kids and was very disappointed. We took a shuttle from our hotel, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our table (which was no big deal) as the place...More

We enjoyed the food so much at Sunset Grill that we had to go twice for dinner during our 4 night stay in Moab. The Prime Rib was excellent as well as the Shrimp Scampi and don't miss the Chocolate Souffle for dessert (just order...More

Fair to mention first that food was good and the waiter was polite and friendly. Unfortunately the check completely ruined our experience: On the bottom, the menu shows "We reserve the right to add service gratuity". When we received the check, we realized that 20...More

A must place to have lunch or dinner! Fantastic food, service and the view is spectacular! Great adult beverage and wine selection. Very good local wines available as well. The history of this restaurant is so interesting and well worth the drive up the hill....More

We took a free shuttle to the restaurant. To our surprise it was the owner. He made us feel like we were at home on our ride to dinner. We heard the Sunset Grill was the best in town so we decided to go there...More

The views from the outside seating are excellent. The food was good, I was expecting better. But really it was just good. The prices are a little on the expensive side but you are paying for where you are eating. Service was ok. The waitress...More

We decided to make reservations to eat here after a day of riding. Very friendly staff and great food. Most of us ordered the Filet special. Delicious! The owner came out to talk to us and ended up giving our group a history lesson on...More

This restaurant promised delicious food in a high-quality setting. It was an utter failure. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before the waitress made her first appearance. We ordered appetizers, drinks, steaks...we eventually allowed our 6-year old to find a waitress-any waitress-to ask...More

Amazing end to a great day in the National Parks. The Atmosphere was relaxed and special. The restaurant is full of dinosaur fossils, uranium history, and rooms of exciting decor. It's the former home of the famous Charlie Steen, who made the major uranium find...More

Somehow your question wound up with me, a TripAvisor user. I reviewed Sunset Grill so maybe you clicked on the wrong link? Either way, I used their online system for a reservation and it worked out. I could not look it up... More

The Sunset Grill is in the former home of Uranium King Charlie Steen. In the early 1950s Moab was a small farming community. Arches and Canyonlands were places only a lucky few experienced. In 1952 Charles A. Steen, geologist and prospector, put Moab on the world map. The Sunset Grill specializes in hand-cut steaks, prime rib, seafood, and other traditional dishes.
