Fastest sit down Mexican dinner I have ever eaten less than 5 minutes order to eating. Excellent flavor and a unique twist on Mexican rice. Most items priced between 20 and 30 dollars. We also observed a young worker dishing up salsa, licking his finger then grabbing chips out of the warmer with his bare hands, which ended our chip... More

Definitely a place to go when you are in Moab. It did get crowded at night - so expect to wait. We just walked around town and checked back in. The food was great and so was out server.

We've eaten here numerous times over the past 17 years and never been disappointed. We've tried other Mexican restaurants in Moab--and throughout the Southwest for that matter. Miguel's is a solid choice in comparison with anything in the 4 Corner states and it is the best in Moab. We've tried many menu items and never been disappointed. I've especially liked... More

Had a terrific meal of shrimp tacos - large portion, excellent flavor and quality. Staff was friendly and responsive.

My friends and I very much enjoyed our dinner here, just what the doctor ordered after a full day of hiking! Very satisfying Mexican food, with options of not-too-spicy, which suited me just fine. I like it when you are able to enjoy food without too much heat! Service was fine, despite this being a busy spot right on Main... More

The wait was long when arrived around 7:00 pm. But we'd been hiking all day and we were craving mexican food. I'm happy to say the wait is worth it! The hostess was a little frazzled and had to move us to another table once we were seated, but other than that service was super friendly and fast. The drinks... More

During our 5 days stay in Moab we had dinner 3 times at Miguel's Baja Grill. Yes, it's that good ! It can get very busy at times and they don't always take reservation if too many have been given already so walk-in and waiting is usually your best option. We have never waited longer than 15-20 minutes except on... More

Came here back in August. In tiny Moab, there was this gem of an eatery. We both come from Florida. You'd think Mexican food here would be super, but it is hit and miss and most is Tex-Mex. This is the real deal! Enjoy a luscious quesadilla for starters. Then, move to the Lamb Enchiladas with beans and rice. We... More
