A Del Rio standby for many years. Many of us remember the old building on the same site that faced the Bank and Trust but the food has never changed. Not exactly Vegan health food but it sure does qualify as Tex-Mex comfort food for the locals or returning natives.

I will only be one time visitor to this restaurant. The people are rude and the food is nothing special. It has no flavor. My friend ordered fries only to find a wad of hair in the bottom of his container disgusting.

Went in hoping to get the good Tex-Mex and then stood in line to order with a rude person running the register and don't ask for substitutions or changes or prepare to get the evil eye. It's okay but not one that I would recommend to anyone.

The food is great. When you walk in you order. The staff was very nice. They also have t shirts for sale. Along with other items. Seems like a popular place to eat. Much friendlier than LaHacienda.

We've eaten here twice. It's an inexpensive place to get good Mexican food. You order from a wall menu at the door as you walk in, and then they deliver the food for you. The atmosphere is fine.

This is not a restaurant. It is more of a cafeteria where you order from a menu board and then find a table. Food was barely mediocre as was the service. I'd go somewhere else if I were you.

Stopped by Marcelino's to get some much needed carbs and protein lol. Started off with half a dozen tapatios rancheros, then moved on to the main course of caldo de res and two guisado tacos. The meal was very tasteful and the visual imagery of the place was quite pleasing to the eyes!!!

I've eaten at Don Marcelinos on more than one occasion including their now closed location that was closed for business years ago and always only because I'm invited by someone else, never because it's my first choice to eat there. I mean, the food is not too bad, the service is ok, the place on Veteran's Memorial Avenue looks nice... More

The best Tex Mex food in Del Rio. I have eaten there over years of visiting Del Rio and the cooks know what they are doing. Tex Mex food is different from real Mexican food. It has it's own style and Don Marcelino does it the best.

You order at a counter from a large menu on the wall with pictures of the meals. Then the food is brought to your table. I had quesadillas. Husband had lengua. Both were large portions. Average tasting Mexican food. Only complaint...his food was brought out long before mine and we finally had to ask for mine
