Visited Shirley's Susupe near Mount Carmel Church. With a friend, we had Shirley's special omelet and the grilled salmon with scramble eggs. Food and service was good. If you like to share something big especially if it had fried rice, then this is the place...More

I ate here with my family two nights in a row! We have Shirley's on Guam so we wanted to compare it. They are about the same but Saipan's is a tad better, tastier! The staff checked on us and we're very friendly and smiley! On...More

They have a wide selection and portions are big. The fried chicken is our favorite, similar to Max's style. I've had better pansit and sisig but they're still good. The crepe was actually awesome. If you're not careful you may just overeat here. Not the...More

We stayed at the hotel, so it was quite convenient to eat breakfast there. The place is open 24 hours, and the food is just as good during the night. We arrived at 2-3 AM and we had a good meal then. They have all...More

Ordered was 9.5 usd chicken fried rice. The amount of food is enough for two adults but the food is quite salty for me. Overall taste and value for money are good considering the restaurant quality in Saipan

We had a late breakfast here and everyone recommended the omelets. These are huge four egg omelets with all types of fillings and sides. Great coffee and great service. Fair prices. A great place to meet up with friends or locals.

Of course, "local" has many meanings. This is the place for Saipan-style filipino fusion dishes. The menu is varied from American classics of steaks, burgers, breakfast dishes, to Filipino sinigang, bangus, lechon kawali, crispy pata, adobo, to Shirley's version of Chiense stir-frys and fried rice....More

I stayed in Century Hotel, so it was very convenient for me to eat at Shirley's. During 7 days, I had 3 meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There were many dishes (big portions!) to choose from. Pretty good value.

Shirley's Coffee Shop opened its doors in January 1983 at the Downtown Hotel in Hagatna, Guam. It was Mama Shirley's dream to combine Chinese and American food into a satisfying menu. The tastes and personalities of the customers who come through Shirley's Coffee Shop doors are as different as their shoe sizes, but they all have on thing in common: they enjoy the best tasting combination of Oriental and American cooking for which Shirley's is famous for. We invite you to come and bring your friends for a tasty treat that you will remember. Shirley's Coffee Shop is acclaimed to have the best fried rice, pancakes, and omelets on Guam and Saipan by some very important people... our customers.
