This is great little Italian restaurant! The host and waiters can be heard speaking Italian to regulars as well as welcoming newcomers. The food is typical Italian fare--pasta, pesce, polenta-served with good bread and Italian flair. There is no easy parking at the restaurant, so...More

After reading so many good reviews, me and my fiancé decided to have dinner there after a long day travelling. We arrived there at 9 pm. The place works till 9:30 pm but the host told us they are closing and are full. There was...More

Came here after going to the Disney museum. Food was very good and so was the service. Good and varied menu and had a lot of specials. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. Significant wine list yet they don't have any draft beer.

We arrived with only half our party because family members flights were delayed. They seated us anyway and we ordered wine and apps. The rest of our party arrived before the wine arrived and the staff was gracious and helpful. Ordered more wine and spent...More

Great personal and professional service. Most delicious Linguine Vongole in SF. Wonderful thin crust pizza Margherita make this a must visit Italian restaurant in Cow Hollow.

Arriving ragged from a 12 hour flight this was just the ticket. Cosy atmosphere, attentive service and a proper selection of well made Italian dishes. The wine list contains some very nice wines to boot. Recommended.

Really enjoyed the small neighborhood feel of this authentic Italian pizzeria and trattoria. Food was excellent and pizza was also special coming from wood fired pizza oven. Service was nothing to write home about but not a big distraction. Would go again.

Since I travel to Italy for about a month each year. I am very familiar with Italian cuisine from many parts of the country. This restaurant reproduces none of them. The cioppino I had was ruined by a sauce excessively tasting of lemon and onions...More

The high point was the service. Fastest table set up I have ever seen, especially in a very busy restaurant. However the calamari was as tasteless as you could make it, my vongole were of equal quality although on a bed of perfectly cooked pasta....More

Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful
backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to
the Marina. Originally the location for the
Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose
remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much
of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a
world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a
jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city.

No. Actually, the owner, or head guy, waived the charge for our carafe of house wine because we changed tables to accommodate a larger group. We had barely sat down, so moving was no problem at all for us. It was very... More
