Took the bus tour over to Sausalito and had lunch at Scoma's. Highly recommended. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and food was fabulous. What started as a light lunch turned into epic food. Very happy and would definitely go back.

Don't miss this special experience if you are in San Fran. We were only in the city a few short days and we ate lunch in the bar area of this wonderful, old iconic restaurant on recommendation. We would unlikely have found it otherwise. This...More

My Husband took me to Scoma to cap off an 8 day trip to California. True to its roots on a fishing pier, Scoma was authentic. The seafood was the freshest I've ever eaten. We did have a wait for the dining room, so started...More

Been going to Scoma's for 40+ years. Absolutely the best seafood. Chioppino is top choice, Dungeness crab thermidor was delicious. Old fashioned service with classic waiters, Sinatra music and great drinks. The way restaurants used to be. Can't say enough good things about this place....More

My local dine in or carry out Italian beats this place for entrees hands down for $20-30 less per plate. The food was only okay. My sides were luke warm. My scallops and shrimp were fine but $39, no way. I realize we were on...More

Extremely busy restaurant and we had to wait 40 minutes beyond our booking time to be seated, so they obviously need to look at their bookings more before they take people off the street. The waitress we had, though friendly and professional, was trying too...More

Scones us always busy, so I would arrive early, otherwise you will have to sit in the bar. Also I'm not sure they take reservations, except for groups

Scoma's is a San Francisco icon and the only restaurant located in Fisherman's Wharf with a working 46 foot fishing boat. Freshness and high quality are the main reasons the restaurant has been successful for more than 50 years. Whether guests want to watch the commercial fishing boats in action or enjoy the view of the Bay from the cocktail lounge, come in an join the Scoma's family for one of the best dining experiences San Francisco has to offer.
