The staff are extremely nice- except the dishwasher who backed into me and didn't even turn around or acknowledge. The food is very, very tired. Even more tired than the exhausted, boring fare in Paris restos offering "Cuisine Traditionelle Française". Except not really all French....More

High quality ingredients. Fantastic service. A cozy atmosphere. Zazie is my favorite brunch places in San Francisco. Be sure to order "French Toast Tahiti."

Tonite we had the quintessential French onion soup served with a warm roll and butter. We had the seasonal ravioli with black truffle. It was absolutely delicious. We tried Jen’s pick on the red wine to accompany dinner and topped off with the pot de...More

Zazie is a somewhat "compact" French bistro in the Cole Valley with a surprisingly large menu considering how small the kitchen is. We ate here on a Sunday night and were lucky to get in with last minute reservations on a crowded night with a...More

We had a lovely breakfast here. We went early and got in right when the place opened. In 20 minuets all the tables were full. So recommend going early. Gingerbread pancakes where super delicious. Service was good.

San Francisco offers many excellent dining options and Zazie is definitely on that list. We were in the area and stopped in for breakfast. The offerings are considerable and the service was friendly and helpful. We opted for a scramble and the Salmon Benedict. Both...More

I have gone to Zazie twice now over the last two years on different trips to San Francisco. I love it! Everybody that I have taken there has also been happy. Their coffee cakes are delish, their apple chicken sausage is 👌🏼. They have a...More

Long wait time, but menu seemed very expensive and the host was extremely unpleasant. We also asked about gluten free options and he made it very clear that he does not recommend eating there since the kitchen is small. We perfectly understand cross-contamination, but this...More

This was our second time having brunch here and it was just as good as the first time. We waited about 45 minutes for a table - totally normal, so expect a wait. We were seated in the back patio, which is gorgeous by the...More

Zanier has a small lunch menu, salads, sandwiches and a couple mains. Service started very friendly and then we got two out of the three dishes ordered. Our third order (and we were a party of three was forgotten). Dishes were okay, nothing spectacular. Their...More

Two in our party had had brunch and totally loved it. Yes, they had to wait a "longish" time they were seated but reported it was well worth the wait.

There are some gluten free options for Brunch and pretty sure they accommodate for dinner as well. A great menu to pick from.

Zazie is a small neighborhood bistro in a historic building in Cole Valley, near the upper Haight and UCSF with a gorgeous well heated garden patio. We are famous for our American style brunch, served seven days/ week, but dinner is the hidden gem- country French cooking at it's best served with warmth.
