Didn't get crab at market price. Coconut prawn bit dry and dipping sauce vinegerette. Satay chicken was two skewers with simple salad. Chicken overcooked a bit. Curry prawn all right, thin sauce. Noodles had nice taste. Full bar. Street parking limited.

Thanhlong is a Vietnamese restaurant but does not serve the usual Vietnamese food. They specialised more on seafood. Their Roasted Dungeness crab is a must eat. Huge crab with thick and juicy crab meat. The garlic noodle looks plain, but after you try it you...More

The Vietnamese owners are well known in the culinary world, and have other restaurants, including one in Los Angeles. Valet parking. Great crabs of course; that's what you go for. But also a very tasty pasta dish.

Have heard about this restaurant for years and finally went. It was okay. Big crab, tasty noodles, but that was about it, all else average.

A sure MUST when in SFO. Satisfying my crab craving since I first ate here in 2000. Simply spiced by black pepper and salt. Roasted and buttered. Worldwide, always approximated but never imitated. 👊🏼

This restaurant specializes in roast crab and bit of other seafood. Although it sounds like a Vietnamese restaurant, do not go in expecting a pho. It does not exist here. The roast crabs are as big as the plate they came in. They are utterly...More

If your wondering if it is worth it to eat at this restaurant all I can tell you is that it depends. Depends on what? Relative to your location in the city is a consideration. If you are more than 30 minutes away and don't...More

Not that I noticed. We were dressed like tourist but no shorts or slippers. Did not see anyone in coats either. Very relaxed atmosphere.
