If you have a group of 8 then this is the place for you, because the table sits 8, anything smaller and you may have to share a table. You get a 5 course meal, soup, salad, appetizers, (small portions) main course & ice cream. We went on a Monday night and the service was slow, although the food was... More

Went here for a late lunch. Entered and went up to the reception area. Three staffers were there chatting with each other and ignoring us. After a while of being ignored, my companion wanted to leave. We walked out and after we left the host (I guess) ran out into the hallway and shouted after us "I just wanted you... More

Regular spot for brothers lunch. Recommend the Express Lunch Boat with either chicken, steak or Salmon @$12.95. Comes with soup, salad, tempura, endgame, sushi dessert and hot tea with your entree!!!🙏🙏🙏

Went there mostly for the chef' show, as for the food it is good but not outstanding so do not have high expectations. The atmosphere is great though. Worth a try.

We went for lunch and was seated at a table. A waiter came by with 2 glasses and said the bartender would come and take our order. We waited as he was buzy. There came other people, American men that demanded to be served direct due to lack of time. They were! We tried to get contact with the bartender... More

The food is made at the table. It's fun to watch the chef cooking it and handling the knifes (although a little bit noise, because each time is in a different table...) And the food is amazing! Simple and delicious flavours! Fried rice, vegetables, sea food and meat, everything was amazing! A bit pricey, but it worth it.

OK, I know. Benihana, touristy, right? Well, we've been regulars at this location since we moved to SF in 1994. The wait staff knows us by name, we know them, and even though it's a bit pricey, you do get A SHOW with every dinner, and the food it OBVIOUSLY fresh as it's cooked in front of your nose. And...
