Mr Pollo came recommended, but still initially I had anxious about entering! Thank goodness I did because the overall experience was wonderful. From the front row seats to food preparation, interaction with the super friendly chef who was willing to share his experiences and the low key service, made this dinner unique and of course delicious. Even with three settings... More

A 4-course gourmet meal under $30 is an amazing event in pricey San Francisco. The restaurant is very funky and only seats 12 people at a seating. The food is great, exciting and inventive. This is a place to surprise your friends with the food. Two men do the cooking, serving and clean-up. I plan to return at least once... More

This very small spot (only seats for 12 max) has the feel of a great pop-up. Fixed four course menu so it's a necessity to have reservations. Excellent and innovative courses and all is very prompt as it's so small

This restaurant has only 3 tables, 4 if you count the 2 stools by the counter. Meals are served in 3 shifts so make reservations way ahead of time. Set menu, but it is very creative. Just because of its name, chicken is not necessarily the entree. We had lamb tonite. A must for all.

MY son took us to this very interesting place to eat on our trip to San Francisco. The food was way beyond our expectations. WILL and Johnny were really awesome.

This is a small restaurant seating 11 diners with no ambience. What you come here is for the food prepared by the two owners, Johnny and Will. The four course meal starts with a tomato soup with which is laced with a garlic oil making this soup taste really good. The next was a chicken arepa which is a corn... More

What an absolute delight. If you are in San Francisco contact this place if you want a memorable meal at a fantastic price. The outside is in complete contrast to the inside and what a great experience and thanks to some guys we were staying with nearby we found out about this place. Don't just turn up though as booking... More

Located in the Mission District, a tiny little hole in the wall that only seats 12 people 3 x per night. No menu, it's what the chef has gotten from the farmers market that day. FANTASTIC 5 course meal...VERY low key..and you will be amazed. NEVER judge a book by its cover...this place you HAVE to go to..if you can.
