This was my first three Michelin Star dining experience and it met all expectations taste wise. Each item was excellent, the pacing of the dishes was great and even though nothing exceeded 4 or 5 bites, I was satisfied in the end. Loved the scallop...More

Clearly Michelin hit it on target! This is an outstanding restaurant in all aspects. The sparsely furnished dining area offers an understated frame for culinary excellence. The soft music (from a classic turntable) offers delicate background. Service is attentive, discreet, polite, never in your face....More

With the tasting menu, the wine pairings and tip, the bill was over $500 per person and worth every penny. The food was fantastic, the presentation of the food was exceptional and the service just about the best I have ever had. I reserve my...More

Visited Benu for my third time (over a two year period) with some close business colleagues. I have never been a huge fan of the dining room - it's a little too gray and cold for my taste, but service has always been warm and...More

With advance notice, the chefs can modify the tasting menu to remove most gluten (breads, dumplings, noodles...). Although, they are unable to completely remove soy sauce from all of the marinades, sauces, etc.
